Responsibilities

Oversee the entire design process, from the conceptual phase up to the presentation and completion of the design.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, colour schemes, furniture selection, lighting and finishes.
Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
Provide guidance and support to clients in the selection of fixtures, finishes and furnishings.

Qualifications

Interior designer graduate with at least 1-year experience
Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning
Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Malay
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors
Wiling to relocate to Singapore
