Modern Scandinavian combines the simple, minimal and functional elements of the usual Scandinavian design with the sleek, splendor and opulence of a Modern Luxury themed home, getting the best of both worlds!

When you enter this unit, you are first introduced to the Scandinavian-themed living room, with the emphasis of natural light, warm wood elements while the green plants provide a pop of colour.

As you go further into the house, the material colours move towards a more black and grey palette and are illuminated by warm lights, creating the sophisticated and opulent vibe that is commonly seen in Modern Luxury designs.

The use of wood as a common, dominant material of the house allow the different design themes to be well-combined without seeming too abrupt.
